The Company

AS A.K.K. is a joint stock company based on Estonian capital, which was incorporated on March 23, 1993 on the basis of the former tractor repair shop of the Märjamaa EPT (Estonian Agricultural Equipment, Märjamaa Department). Today we are representing some of the leading heavy equipment brands in the world helping you to succeed in your business.

AS A.K.K. understands the importance of a strong after sales department to support our customers after their initial investment in our machines.

In order to provide better and faster services to our clients, AS A.K.K. operates warehouses in Märjamaa and has associated company UAB A.K.K. in the Republic of Lithuania and also partners in the Republic of Latvia: SIA Remontnieks&L and SIA “Lauks A.R.”.

Company Timeline

1993

A.K.K. AS was established on the 23rd of March. Company started with the repair of the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant’s bulldozers, diesel engines and aggregates.

1993

Renting of warehouses and Uus street. 9 repair shop. Acquiring of 50% of the ownership of the premises.

1994-1996

Increasing service needs for equipment manufactured in the CIS countries. Sales and comprehensive after-sales service of tracked bulldozers DT-75, T-130 and wheeled tractors T-150K began.

1996

The Volgograd, Kharkov, Chelyabinsk and Kirov tractor plants granted A.K.K. AS with exclusive representation rights in the Baltic States. Began renovation of repair shop work lines, stands and technological equipment.

1997

Introduction of CIS diesel engine renovation processes for T-25, T-40M, A-41, D-440, A-01M, MTZ-82 (D-240 ja D245), Jamz-236/238/240 engines.

1998

A.K.K. acquires Uus street 7 buildings, initially for storage of BELAZ spare parts and later for machine tools.

1999

A.K.K. and BELAZ sign a representation and cooperation agreement. A.K.K. acquires the exclusive right to represent BELAZ quarry dump trucks in the Baltic region.

2000

Introduction of repair technology for hydromechanical gearboxes for CLARK, Allison and ZF gearboxes. Sales of the service in Estonia, Latvia and Finland.

2003

Due to the high demand for quarry dump trucks, the joint-stock company UAB “A.K.K.” was established in Lithuania, which is AS A.K.K. capital-based subsidiary.

2005

A.K.K. starts cooperation with KrAZ, the largest truck factory in Ukraine.

2008

Introduction of DEUTZ and SCANIA diesel engine repairs and provision of repair services.

2010

A.K.K. started repairing and renovating Valmet and Valtra engines, which continues to this day.

2012

A.K.K. started representing the TEREX brand in Estonia. The right of representation was granted for a series of dump trucks manufactured in Scotland.

2013

A.K.K. and Terex Compact Germany enter into a cooperation agreement to represent compact excavators and wheel loaders manufactured in Germany.

2015

A.K.K. and LiuGong Machinery sign official cooperation agreement for exclusive representation of LiuGong excavators, skid steer loaders and wheel loaders in the Republic of Estonia and Latvia. The right of representation also extends to Dressta bulldozers.

2016

A.K.K. and Terex Compact Germany end cooperation.

2017

A.K.K. and Sampierana S.p.A. enter into an official cooperation agreement for the representation of the Eurocomach trademark in the Republic of Estonia. The product range includes mini and compact excavators and skid steer loaders.

2018

A.K.K. and BCS Group enter into an official cooperation agreement to represent the BCS trademark in the Republic of Estonia. The product range includes two- and four-wheel agricultural tractors.
