We have two companies – Elfi Elekter and Elektriväli. Wheel loader belongs to Elfi Elekter but is used by Elektriväli in quarries, says CEO of Elfi Elekter Toivo Strandberg.

When choosing the machine, we kept in mind that the wheel loader’s workload would not be high as it works only in one shift. Therefore it was rational to buy little bit cheaper machine. Today we can see that yearly working hours are slightly less than 1000.

Since equipment is ageing morally in time, then we didn’t want to buy expensive machine, whereas LiuGong’s price and quality ratio seemed to be in balance.

LiuGong CLG856III has been working for us since 2011 and has proved itself according to our expectations. Wheel loader might be little bit older in design and is also a bit noisier but it works reliably.

Machine operator Peeter Veevel adds that he has been working with LiuGong CLG856III wheel loader for 4 years and during this time the machine has performed flawless. His duties are digging the soil in quarry and loading the materials into crushers and trucks.

Scanweld-Tootmise AS is producing steel constructs and structures. Company is also supplying it’s job-sites with steel materials. Production facilities are located in Jõelähtme where we are using LiuGong diesel engine forklift CLG2035H. Scanweld has different branch of businesses, with total employees of 60 people.

Scanweld AS is specialising in general contracting and project management. Scanweld Trassid OÜ is focused on pipeline construction. Scanweld Ehitus OÜ is specialised in civil construction and Scanweld-Tootmise AS where we are located is producing steel structures, details and everything else that are necessary for all these activities, says CEO of Scanweld-Tootmise AS Aivar Rist.

We are using LiuGong forklift in daily activities, transporting and moving prefabricated products, raw materials and ready to deliver products. This machine has plenty of work and comes in handy when moving materials around. LiuGong forklift has been in use since the beginning of 2013.

LiuGong is with very good manoeuvrability for everyday lifting jobs. Cargo can be easily loaded and unloaded in narrow places and many times there are more reversing than direct driving.

Tähisväli OÜ is working on various activities ranging from earthworks and to pipeline installations. We are using mostly crawler excavators on our jobs and wheeled tractor with trailer.

LiuGong caught my first attention in 2012 Maamess exhibition where this new brand was represented. My eyes lied on the 22 ton CLG922LC crawler excavator. In couple of weeks after the exhibition it was clear that this machine meets company’s requirements and most importantly, the price was favourable. Time went by using the machine and we understood that besides good price the quality of excavator is excellent. The only problem with this model I could bring out is the colour tone that has been bleached over the years.

From machine operator standpoint the LC class excavator is with simple construction and so far the user experience has been smooth. Today we have around 3360 working hours and there has not been any problems.
